- Same Day Shipping Guarantee
At Oregon Scientific, we believe in quality products, fast, friendly service and excellent customer support. With improvements in our shipping processes, we now offer and guarantee same-day shipping if your order is placed before 12:00PM PST on a standard shipping day. If your order is placed prior to 12PM PST and your order does not ship that same day, we will refund your shipping charges. There are some exceptions to this rule which are as follows:
- Product must be in stock when order is placed
- Valid only for continental U.S. shipping addresses (not valid on Canada or other international orders)
- Guarantee refund is only valid for orders that were charged shipping and handling
- Guarantee does not refund any return shipping charges
- Guarantee is void for address corrections, changes to the order or incorrect information provided by the customer as these will delay the processing of the order
- Guarantee not valid on weekends, standard holidays or UPS shipping holidays (see warehouse holiday closures and christmas delivery schedule below)
- Guarantee not valid when natural disasters or unforeseen emergencies cause the Oregon Scientific warehouse or UPS to stop all service
If your order was not shipped same day, per the rules above, please contact customer service at 1-800-853-8883 with your order ID and shipping information and we will be happy to credit you the shipping charges that incurred.

Discount Codes & Usage
Oregon Scientific offers a variety of promotions and discounts that require the use of a specific code. We use various discount codes to offer exclusive offers to our many different types of customers. We also use these codes to track effectiveness of our promotions. We DO NOT allow multiple discount codes to be used at any one time. ALL DISCOUNT CODES must be redeemed individually and only one (1) discount code may be redeemed per order. Discount codes may be used on sale price items on the website and the discount will be taken off the lowest price advertised on our website at time of redemption.

Oregon Scientific will not be responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding prices or other information.
Free Shipping Promotions
Free Shipping promotional offers that require a discount code may not be combined with any other discount code or offer. Discount code must be validated and applied at checkout to be redeemed.
Free Shipping promotional offers that do not require a discount code will be displayed at checkout. If the free shipping is not reflected in your cart, your purchase has not achieved the promotion minimums to receive the discount.
Free Shipping promotional offers will always be for UPS Ground "standard shipping" unless otherwise specifically stated in the promotion. Orders placed for non-UPS Ground or "non-standard shipping" will be charged the listed rates above and not qualify for the free shipping offer.

All orders require 24-48 hours processing time. Delays in shipping will result when address information provided by the customer is incomplete, invalid, or unrecognizable by our shipping systems.
Oregon Scientific does not process orders during weekends or on Holidays. If you have questions or concerns whether your order will arrive when expected, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
Oregon Scientific does not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you enter a P.O. Box address as the ship-to address, the order will be rejected by OSI and will not ship. We will attempt to contact the customer via email and phone so please make sure both are entered correctly at checkout.
Oregon Scientific ships via UPS to valid addresses within the continental US, HI, AK, Puerto Rico and Canada only. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Orders to be shipped to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses are subject to cancellation.
We offer a 30 day return policy on all oregonscientific.com orders. If you need to return your product for any reason, please follow our Online Return Process to complete you return.
If you paid with a credit card or PayPal:
We will credit the purchase amount to your original form of payment used to make the purchase.
If you received the item(s) as a gift:
We will credit the purchase amount to the original form of payment – OR – you may apply the amount to the purchase of a replacement item.
Customer pays return shipping on all goods and services unless defective. If defective, see Warranty Policy.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Online Return Process
- • Contact Oregon Scientific Customer Service at 1-800-853-8883 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number. (RMA#)
- • Once you have received your RMA#, pack and the merchandise securely in original packing materials (whenever possible).
- • Include your RMA# on original invoice
- • Add your RMA# to the address label and send to:

Oregon Scientific is not responsible for receiving damaged products that were not reported as damaged during the return process. A 15% restocking fee will be charged if the item is not properly packaged is damaged in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just wasn’t what you thought it should be, we will gladly exchange the item(s) for you.
